it’s a Hebrew language of course, and despit i hate most of israelian people like hell for a very obvious reasons, but when it comes to art so that worth alook at what the heck it would be showing.
by the way there’s an english subtitles over there, i didn’t try it yet so i dunno it’s quality:

you need to download this : k lite codec pack and open the file with it ( the subs and video have to be in the same folder and with the same name) hope it helped
